If I get 400-450 in neet can I get a government college?? I belong to Karnataka....

Yes with a score of around 450 you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years in Karnataka. You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But, last year, even in the general category, 380 marks was required to fetch one a seat in the Government medical college, Raichur under the state quota. Also, One thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
