Hello shashank,
The cutoff for jnmc belgaum last year went about 500-670 for general category. So your chances are less. But still apply for counseling(both state quota and all India quota). Nothing could be clearly said before the results. As the selection does not depend only on the marks you get it also depends on how much marks others are scoring and what rank you get. Also I can't guess your category by your name. So there might be chances .
