if I get 450 marks in neet exam? I have respect certificate have any chances for getting Mbbs seat??

You have not mentioned the category you belong to and the state , you hold the domicile of.

With 450 marks in NEET examination you may or may not get seat for MBBS, depending upon your category and your state of domicile.

But if I tell you in general, then If you belong to reserved categories like a SCor ST then with 450 marks in NEET examination you have a fair chances of getting a seat in Government medical college.

In case if you belong to general category then you may not get a seat in Government medical college with 450 marks in that case you should the target at least 550 marks.

You haven't mentioned your Category or the State you belong to. You haven't mentioned the Certificate you are mentioning about. But a score of 450 might get you a seat in Private Medical College of your State under Government Quota. Now there are Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges, Deemed and Central Universities in India.  Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. If you belong to General Category, you will atleast need 500-550 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you need atleast 450-500. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and here if you belong to General Category, you will need 500 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you need atleast 400 and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that.
