As you said you have obtained 460 marks in NEET and if you can get a government seat for medical. So dear student that depends upon lot of factors like your category and also if this is a state of your Domicile or not !
So if you belong to general category then there is no possibility for you to get seat looking in old cut offs and also the cut off marks for the Colleges in Karnataka. While if you are a student having SC/st category then you can easily get seat in any government medical college in karnataka.
