Hello Pratham,

The first eligibility criteria for getting admission into any medical/engineering college is to score atleast 50% marks in pcb/pcm subjects. As you have failed in your 12th exam in chemistry and you gonna repeat it in july.You can definitely give NEET exam but if you fail again in 12th and get qualifying score in NEET then that is of now use.Basic requirement is to pass 12th with eligibility score and then go for NEET qualifying marks.
