There is no reservation for OBC category in medical colleges of Karnataka. To answer your question, 620+ may guarantee a seat in BMC.

You must be aware that there is no separate reservation for the OBC category in Karnataka. So, you would have to apply under the General merit category. However, 620 seems to be a good score to secure a seat in the General merit category as well. Prepare well and Goodluck!!!
