If I get 64 percentile in jee main.and Gujarat board I will given 70 percentage above.i will get admission an university of Delhi cs branch?

Sorry to say but if you're a general category student then you're not eligible to get admission through jee mains in the first place because for that you need to have at least 75% and secondly this percentile is too low to get any good college with cse branch moreover all Delhi colleges have most of the seats reserved for local students hence the cutoffs are too high for non- local students.
