If I get 85%in my HSC and low score in jee can I get an IIT??

Hello,
No, even if you score 99 percent is boards you still can't get into IITs with average or less marks in JEE advance. You will have to qualify JEE mains and then you will have to score well in JEE advance to get into IITs.
You boards marks will not help you to get admission in IITs. You just need to get 75+ percentage in boards for being eligible for IITs.Rest you need to perform well in JEE advance to secure a seat.
