If I get a neet seat in round 2 in all india counselling and also in state counselling can I leave one seat ?

If you secure a seat in Round 2 of both All India and state counseling, you can't leave the seat allocated in Round 2 of All India counseling to take the seat allocated in state counselling. According to the rules, once you take admission in Round 2 of All India counseling, you can't surrender or leave the seat. However, you can still participate in Round 3 of All India counseling, if you wish to upgrade your seat.
