If i get a seat in state quota in 1 st round counseling can i upgrade my college in 2nd round counseling?

Hello aspirant !!
If you get a seat in first round of state quota counselling you have two options .
1) Report and lock the seat you got in the respective college.
2) Report to the allotted institute and apply for willingness to upgrade in the second round of counselling.
But remember that there will no new registration , the list of colleges you provided in first round will be considered in the second round as well.
