if i get admission in private medical college through neet in their 85% quota, is the fees charged by government itself? or they suck money?

There as such is no 85% quota system in MBBS private colleges or seats. Also the fee is high in private college but again it depends upon which college fee details you want to know about.
So you will have to be specific with the college name to get the details for fees.
