so after choosing the choice 2 in second round and paying fees and entering second extended round if any other college is alloted then the seat in the second automatically stands cancelled but the fees paid will be returned back or not? and should we pay again for the newly alloted college?

If you apply for a particular college through counselling, you can also opt for up gradation in the subsequent rounds of counselling. if you get a seat in the next round via up gradation, then all your documents will be transferred to the new college of your preference. Your fees will also be transferred and adjusted accordingly. The college will notify you about refund and that money will be reflected in your account within a week or 10 days.
