No. You need to qualify to write NEET exam and one of the eligibility criteria is that you should score 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology iif you belong to General Category. If you do not meet this criteria, even if you qualify in NEET, you will be considered ineligible. So even to take admission in India or abroad, along with scoring good in NEET, you should also meet the eligibility criteria.
