If I get selected in deemed university in neet counselling, can college ask for more fees than shown on mcc website?

The tuition fees will be the same as mentioned on the website, but at the time of admission there are extra fees to be paid (university eligibility fees, sports/cultural activities fees, library fees etc.)
These fees are collected at the beginning of the course (non-refundable), not per annum. Apart from that there will probably be no additional fees.
