If you want to get admission in MBBS college then it really doesn't depend on how many coaching classes you join be it classroom or dlp. The main aim to join coaching classes is to get proper guidance therefore I'll advise you to join only one classroom course and focus on your studies, your weak points and try to make them your strong points.
Solve as many MCQ'S as you can, it will boost your confidence and will increase your speed.
