if I got 30 marks in GATE 17 is there any chance of getting NIT's for OBC category

Chances are less with this score but you can try for lower NITs and to check your best possible chances you can use below given Gate college predictor -

One of my friend got NIT KURUKSHETRA with 26 marks last year from ECE branch last year in spot round.
