if i got 66% in 12th from jharkhand board and i am general. & i got 110 marks and anyhow i qualified jee main would i eligible for jee adv?

what about 12th percentage?? does it NOT matter ?? cause i am thinking to drop a year for IITJEE
for cbse board 75%.....for others you need to be in top 20 percentile
topper got 92%... and i got 66% whould i am eligible?
