if I got 660 gate score in gate2019 how many marks I have persued?

For Calculation you should have average of top 10 ranked students in gate, difficulty of paper and total applying students for particular that Gate paper. You can get equation for Calculation of marks from score from IIT's site.

If your gate score is 660 you can get marks between 60-63 ..but it varies little bit year to year .....

Hi friend, you seems to be highly future planned. Why to aim at 660? you better aim at the higher score than that, it can fetch you some better position
