Hello Aspirant.
Pune University conducts an entrance examination for entrance into Bsc course. So to enter into Bsc Biotechnology into pune University you need to give away this Examination.
The eligibility criteria of this Examination is that the candidate must have scored more than 60% in his/her 12th. So, as you've scored 70% you're eligible to give the exam.
