I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, You can apply for both AIQ and State Quota. But if you are not interested in the AIQ seat which you get in counseling then you need to reject the seat before admissions and counseling get completed otherwise the Security amount will not be refunded back. Please contact the help desk of MCC if you want to know in detail.
