If you could have stated your state or category answering this would be easier but since you have not I'll answer this on a general perspective.
As per your rank getting into IITs would be really tough for you. You might have chances in some of the lower NITs if you fulfill the home state quota there. Now you'll be eligible for some good state government colleges for which you can apply through numerous state level counselings.
