If I got good rank in B.arch Jeemains Paper-II, but not qualify in Jeemains Paper-1 shall I get admission in B.arch in B.arch institutions.

Yes you can get admissions in B.arch courses.
You need to qualify jee mains along with jee advance to be eligible for AAT which is an aptitude test for admission in IITs . If IIT is ur dream then it is necessary otherwise its ok .

Its absolutely fine if you don't qualify in JEE MAINS paper 1. You can always use JEE MAINS paper 2 score which is considered for your B.Arch admissions to get an admit.
