If I had studied 1st year in some college and if I get IIT so then how I will be transferred, and will my fees be refunded

You will not be transferred, after you get admission in IIT , you have to cancel the admission for the college which you had admitted earlier. You can only be transferred from one IIT to other . As you said that you had studied first year , you fees for that year won't be refunded.
