Hello,

You won't recieve your degree certificates until you clear your backlogs and other pending works like fees, clearance and provisional.

You have to clear and complete all the process and work to get the certificates. You can go and talk with the administration section of your college. They will tell you everything in details. What are the requirement to be done to get the certificates.
