Since you will be eligible to write the JEE mains because at that your board results won't come. Since as you said you are expecting that you will be get fail in the Physics domain then if it so , then there were not any advantage of writing the JEE mains because with that cases you won't be able to take the admission in any of the engineering institute. So better try to overcome this situation such that you won't be face any type of consequences.
