Yes you can register for the second round of UP NEET counselling 2020. Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) has started the registrations for NEET 2020 counselling round 2 at mcc.nic.in. The registration has began today and you can register till 23rd November 2020. The postponement of NEET counselling second round was done due to seats reserved for IP quota is being added in seat matrix.

If you haven't registered for the first counselling for NEET UP counselling, then, you can surely register yourself in the second counselling. The last date for applying for registration to second counselling is 23 November, 2020. So, don't worry about the same and you are eligible to apply.
