If i have scored 90+ percentile in CAT and i apply for Nirma University, if my interview/tdp goes average do i still have a chance to convert?

If you have scored 90+ in cat then surely you would become eligible for shortlisting and interview. If your interview goes good then it's quite possible that you would clear the rounds.

But let me tell you one thing look out for their criteria or on what basis they would judge you and on what basis they would give you marks so that you prepare accordingly.

However it depends also on your cat percentile . If you score a bit higher like 95-96 you would get an edge in the shortlisting and also in the interview process.
