If I join rnd1 seat in deemed college, till what time can I resign without losing fees?

after rnd1, If I get upgrade in rnd2, can I reject /resign and still get my fees back and continue apply in mopup and states?

Answer 1

You will be losing some amount of the fees until they accept the withdrawal of the seat.But if that time is crossed it would be difficult to return the fee that is paid. The turnaround time would be around a week for withdrawing a seat from the time of blocking the seat.
