Yes, you can definitely fill Hyderabad as your examination centre in neet if you are able to reach to your centre in Hyderabad on time on the examination day. The application form usually asks for 4-5 preferences as examination centre. You can choose any 5 places in the form, but then you should be able to get to centre provided to you on time on the day.
