If i m getting 417 marks in neet 2016 and i m general from UP. can i get a government college in UP this year? Please advice.

Well the score that you have got in neet is pretty low for a general category student to get a state quota or all india quota seat in any government college of India and your own state. The cut off is the highest for general category students and that is why getting a seat with that score might not be possible. Just try for some private colleges or dental colleges where you might stand a chance.
