if i mistakenly fill center name and center code in the place of center code, ....in side 1 of neet omr , is it create any problem?

It'll create a problem and mostly your answer sheet won't get accepted. But If you have filled everything else correctly then you need not to worry much. The most important thing to not fill incorrectly is Roll number. Acceptance of wrong circle is generally corrected manually in fields like centre code.
