Hey there,

If you did not submit OUAT Form-B, you are generally not considered for counselling/admission, even if you scored 149 marks. Check whether OUAT has opened a late Form-B submission or correction window. If not, contact the OUAT admission helpdesk immediately to ask if any option is available.
