Will I b able to take admission in government engineering colleges in 2018 If I pass my maths exam from an open school & my marks in ISC 2017 phy is 40 & chem is 42 & my overall % is 57% . So if i rank within 200000 in Jee main 2018 & within 30000 in WBJEE main 2018, Will I get admission in government engineering colleges ?

No you can't get any government college by this status except PWD Students
What do you mean by PWD students ?

Open school students are also eligible for admission into any private colleges.
