If i refuse a college in 1st counselling in uptu then will i get a better college in 2nd counselling ?

Hello,
There are two options once you move further:
1)You May still get the same college.
2)you may get better college of seats are available.
So there is no certainty of getting better college in next rounds as it all depends on the availability of seats.
Also once you get another college in next round you lose chance of getting admission In previous college.
