With the score of 140 you can get admission to some of the IIT's listed below-
1. Roorkee
2. Tirupati
3. Bhilai
4. Palakkad
5. Jammu
You can get branches like civil mechanical or EEE or can get a dual course ( bsc+MSc ) from IIT.

As per the previous year statistics,135-140 marks will fetch you a rank of 10,000-10,500.With this rank you can get into IIT BHUBANESHWAR in civil , mechanical,or metallurgical department.You can easily apply for Indian Institute of Technology ,Mandi in bio engineering.You can also
apply for IIT kharagpur in Electrical, mechanical.You can get into IIT GANDHINAGAR,JODHPUR,PATNA and Dhanbad.

see cut off varies year to year..All data given here are based on previous year statistics.But I would tell you to apply for the targetted college in the counselling process..so you can get it.
