If I score 420 in NEET 2019 and I m in sc category, then would I get a seat in Madhya Pradesh?

You may not be able to get a government medical seat via 15 percent All India Quota. However with 85 percent State Quota, you have chances of getting a seat. In 2017, Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar and Shyam Shah Medical College, Rewa had cut offs of 417 and 418 respectively. However cut off varies from year to year. So I would suggest you to target for a score of 430+.
