If I score 470 marks in neet 2019,then can i get any bams seat in any government college in up and other states? I'm from general category.

Cutoff varies every year ,it depends upon the number of students appearing for the exam as well as on the difficulty level of the exam .
Belonging to a general category the minimum scoring marks is 50th percentile which is almost 120 marks according to NEET 2018 .
The marks you have mentioned is good .Try to secure marks somewhat around this range so as to increase your chances of getting a college of your choice.
