If I score 90 percentile in JEE main April exam.Will I be able to get into NITK being an ST candidate..If yes with CS or which subjects?

According to your percentile in jee mains 2019 your general rank will be approximately close to 90,000 and your category rank will be above 5k.with this rank  you will not able to get seat in CSE and ECE branch but you have the chance to get seat in rest of the branches like EEE,CE,ME,etc.

The rank you will get for 90 percentile will solely depend upon the numbers of students appeared for exam. But generalizing for predictions it will be near 100000 in general category and 1200 in ST cateogry.

Let me aware you of cutoff for NIT K

HS- metallurgy 3290

CSE-356

OS metallurgy 2342

CSE 249.

So it seems that you have high chances for NIT K but with other branches. You have low chances forCSE.
