if I score 95% in my diploma then what will be the procedure for getting entry in b tech 2nd year??

Getting lateral entry is for students who are pursuing diploma degree in engineering from polytechnic institutes or other colleges and the process involves students having a certain qualifying percentage of marks and a certain subject background similar to the one the student is expected to choose in the B.Tech program.
