if I score 98 percentile In jee mains then in which college (Gov., private or partial government) i can get computer science as branch

With 98 percentile you may get a government college with cse but it will not be worth it if you go for campus placement. I would suggest you to go for private or partial government colleges of higher ranking. They may be expensive but you will get scholarship and also guarantee of getting a higher package.

According to the percentile mentioned by you in question your approximate rank would be near about 17,000 and on the basis of this rank you cannot get admission to any of the NIT in CSE if you belongs to General category, as you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately because cut-offs differ according to the category.

If you belong to some reservation category then you can get some NITs and even some good government colleges with CSE branch but I would prefer you to go for JEE-Advance because on this percentile you will be easily qualified for JEE-Advance and after clearing JEE-Advance you will become eligible to get admission to IITs which are the most premiere engineering institutions of India.
