Getting a percentile of 90 it's difficult to get any government college with computer science branch,
With this percentile your expected general category rank will be around 80000 and with this rank it's difficult to get any government college,
You can apply for state level college counsellings for states likes UP Maharashtra MP Odisha.
You can also take chance in CSAB. You can have chance to get some of lower ranked NITS.
