You score good marks where? As an eligibility criteria you only need 50% and above in your 12th standard boards and the good marks you were talking about must be in the NEET entrance examinations and that will only decide your fate whether you can get in GMC Guawahati or now. You almost need to score 580+ to be on a safer side to get in government colleges.
