if i secure 350+ marks in neet .....what are my career possibilities ? can i get into govt. medical colleges?

You got very good score if it was your first attempt but you have to try more harder to get the required marks. In 350+ you won't get any government college but you are just a little step away to grab your dream college by trying another chance. For 350+ definitely you will get some good private colleges but fees is little bit high for private medical colleges, here are some-
