If I study from NIT then after completing my studies, how much will be the job starting in per month?

Well, actually it depends upon from which NIT you have done engineering and in which branch. In top NITs, some of the core companies came and offers up to 50 LPA. These companies are Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Facebook, Amazon. But they don't offer placement to every student because their recruitment process contains various rounds like technical, non-technical ( Aptitude, reasoning, data interpretation). They eliminate most of the students in these rounds. While in NITs the average package ranges from 5 to 10 LPA.

Placements depends upto the NIT you study. Top NITs in India get good Placement packages. Also your academic performance, skill set, communication skills, also plays a major role in getting good Placement opportunities.

Apart from this, the branch you study and field you choose to work (like IT sector, Finance sector, Management sector, Insurance sector, Banking sector, etc) also important in deciding the salary package. As you know IT sector offers highest packages for NIT graduates.

On an average, median salary offered for IT branches in good NITs in India is around Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum to Rs. 15, Lakhs per annum. Top Recruiting Companies are Google, Infosys, Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.
