If i take BAMS this year am i eligible for neet 2019 to take admission in mbbs, is there any problem while taking admission to mbbs

As per the regulations now, you are eligible to answer NEET 2019, provided you meet the age criteria as well as have secured the required score in the qualifying Examination i.e. 12th Board Examination. You can begin your preparations for NEET 2019. There will be no problem to take a seat in MBBS next year, provided you secure a good score. All the very best for your preparations!

And what if i get 245 marks in neet 2018 whatare the chences to get bams/bds/bhms government college?

It will all depend on the competition in your state. With 245, it will be difficult to get a seat through all India. However, state Quota may be possible.
