If i use slide option against the seat i got in 1st seat allotment of JOSAA.Then later on I don't get any upgraded seat, So will i loose the seat that i got at first round too??

Dear aspirant,
If you choose float or slide option after 1st round seat allotment then you will lose your seat which you have got in that round. But don't worry ,you will definitely get a seat in 2nd round(not necessarily the upgraded branch but same one which you have got in 1st round seat allotment).
