To sit for AAT, and get admission in BArch in IITs, these are the steps.

You need to paas and clear cutoff of JEE MAIN paper1. Then appear for jee advanced then paas it too. Then apply for AAT and get good rank to get a seat.

Now if you miss any of the step in between then you won't be eligible for jee advanced.
