If I want to give CA foundation in November 2022 , what will be procedures for me and Can I register for CA study material in December 2021 or anytime and after registration is there any special form to be filled for giving exams ?

Yes, you may register yourself for you CA foundation exams after you have appeared for your Class 12 exams. You will receive a coupon to purchase your books from the CDS portal . So if you wish to appear for november 2022 attempt then I would suggest you to use the coupon once the books for november 2022 attempt is available on the CDS portal . Till then you can start your preparation through the pdfs of the study material available on the ICAI portal.
In order to appear for the CA exams you need to fill an examination form that is usually out two months ahead of the exams . So if you wish to appear for november 2022 attempt then fill the examination form that might me out by august.
