If i want to take admission in private medical colleges of Maharashtra but i have domicile of MP how it will be posible in NEET cousellling?

For any private medical college in any state.. u can apply for whether u possess a domicile or not.

The only difference a domicile makes is that it makes u eligible for seat under 85% state quota seats so that u could apply for govt medical college as well..

But since u want a private college in M.P. u can go for it even if u don't have M.P. domicileand not only in M.P. u can go for private college of any state if u wish to..

Any body can participate in counselling for admission in any private medical colleges in any state, but only on 85% seats. And you dont need any domicile for state quota counselling.
