If i will appear for ipu cet 2018 and i am. Not a delhi domicle and not even any of my parent them will i be eligible for govt. Colleges??

Yes, you are eligibe to apply for IPUCET exam if you have aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class 12th.
